What we found

Ceiling joists charred in place. Wiring melted in the cavity. That is a framing and electrical call, not a paint call.
Kitchen cabinets still standing. Heat and soot on the remaining finishes. Clean or replace is written from the piece, not a room-wide package.
Bathroom took soot. The shower enclosure was still there. Tile that is sound stays. What is not, comes out.
Living room contents still in the house — furniture, TV, debris on the floor. Occupied-house fire, not a vacant demo.
Exterior openings boarded. Wet debris in the trailer, off the house.
Dehumidifiers on the truck. Firefighting water is a water loss. We dry it.
