How PRC restores Fort Worth houses

This is the job order. Why we work this way, and how it differs from a volume vendor, is on About. If the house is open or still taking on water, call first. The form is for photos after the building is stable.

1. 01 Stabilize

   Board-up, pull the water, set drying equipment, tarp the roof. Same day when the house is open, wet, or unsafe. Stabilize before anyone writes a rebuild.

2. 02 Document

   Photos, moisture readings, framing notes. What’s wet, what’s burned, what’s actually broken. That file is what the scope is written from.

3. 03 Scope

   The repair list follows the house — quantities, materials, drying logs, the published restoration process. Insurance still decides coverage. You keep the writing.

4. 04 Rebuild

   Permanent work starts when the assembly is dry enough and the structure is known. Then we schedule it and build from those notes.

5. 05 Verify

   Final walkthrough, punch list, project file, owner handoff. The paper matches the house.
