  • Wall cavity opened in an adjacent room so we could dry what the finish was hiding.
  • HEPA air scrubber in the room while demo and drying ran.

Air movers. Dehumidifier. HEPA 700 air scrubber. Selective demo.

Result

Hazardous debris handled, cavity dried, reconstruction scoped from what the ceiling actually did.
