Fire, Water, Storm & Structural Restoration in Fort Worth
PRC handles drying, fire, smoke, storm, board-up, vehicle impact, and reconstruction in Fort Worth and North Texas. You choose the contractor.
What we do
Fire
The fire is out. The house is open, wet from suppression, and full of soot. We board it up, photograph what burned, and follow the smoke — rooms, attic, HVAC — before anyone paints over it.
Fire
Smoke
A small kitchen fire can load the whole house if the air handler kept running. Walls look fine in photos and wipe gray on a glove. That is soot, not dirt.
Smoke
Reconstruction
Drying and board-up are not the rebuild. Reconstruction is the part that puts load paths, walls, roof, and finishes back so the house holds together — not just looks painted.
Reconstruction
Board-up
An open house takes rain, wind, and whoever walks by. Board-up and tarps first. We photograph the openings. Permanent reconstruction is not the same visit.
Board-up
Vehicle impact
Brick that looks local can hide a stud wall that shifted. Slab edge, windows, and the roof diaphragm take load they were not meant to take. We do not patch veneer over a moved frame.
Vehicle impact
Storm
A storm loss is rarely just shingles. Wind opens the envelope. Hail bruises the covering. Rain follows into the attic, then the rooms. This page is the full path: close the house, follow the water, dry what got wet.
Storm
Sewage
Category 3 water — sewage, toilet overflow with waste, some flooding — is a different job than a clean supply-line leak. Porous finishes that absorbed it usually come out. What can stay gets cleaned and then dried to readings.
Sewage
Water damage drying
Extraction, moisture mapping, air movers, and dehumidifiers. We take readings first and set equipment to the wet path — not a standard package. Drying logs stay with the job. Reconstruction starts after the assembly is dry. Fort Worth and North Texas, 24/7.

Roofing and envelope
Hail, wind, and leaks that already made it inside. We inspect decking, flashing, and ventilation, then repair or replace the roof and dry whatever got wet. The roof is not a separate conversation from the rooms below it.

Residential
Occupied houses after fire, water, or storm. Contents stay when they can. We work around the family, document the structure, and rebuild from what the building actually shows — not from a same-day driveway estimate.
Residential
Commercial
Occupied offices, retail, gyms, and multifamily in Fort Worth and DFW. Tenants stay. After-hours dry-downs, moisture maps, and a rebuild of the wet band — not a vacant-house package. Property managers get photos and a scope from the building.
Commercial
Healthcare and senior living
Occupied care buildings, senior living, and healthcare. Containment, off-hour sequencing, and documentation that holds up to a facility file. Residents and operations stay in the picture. This is not a vacant-house dry-out.

Estimate review
A technical review of an Xactimate or carrier estimate against the house and IICRC process. We catch what was left off, and we check whether the price and scope hold if you think you were overbilled. Written report. We do not settle the claim.
